Our client, a successful national company with vision, requires a dedicated individual to join their team. You will be working with a small team to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to their long-standing clients.

This varied role includes answering and transferring incoming calls, providing quotes, and giving information on the company and its product, to both old and new clients.

The successful candidate will be neatly presented, punctual and personable. You will also display initiative and take pride in your work. A background in transport, logistics or facilities management would be ideal. Previous experience in dealing with customers is essential as well as a proven ability to use computer packages such as Word and Excel.
