Our client a leading freight organisation is looking for experienced customer service operators to join their team.

Your duties will include assisting customer queries over the phone, taking calls relating to freight handling, attending to queries relating to the services of the organisation, chasing up any general matters along with various administration duties.

As a successful candidate you will have extensive experience in customer service, an excellent phone manner, fantastic communication skills and knowledge of MS Word. However to make this role your own you must display a high level of initiative, possess decision making skills and be self motivated, confident and enthusiastic.
