Working as an integral part of the Customer Service team, you will be taking inbound calls, attending to queries relating to the services of the organisation, chasing up any related matters and some basic administration duties.

Ideally, you will be a real people’s person with a bright approach. Your natural flair for dealing with a variety of individuals will hold you in good stead, as will your flexibility, your passion for customer service and your desire to help your customers.

To be considered for this position, you must be able to commit to a long term role, have an excellent telephone manner and have proven customer service experience through either your background in hospitality, retail, travel or call centres.
