The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Credit Services, your duties in this challenging and rewarding role will include:
* Providing timely advice and support to clients
* Assessing and approving applications for consumer credit
* Reviewing credit history and assessing risk
* Investigating and Preventing Fraud
* Negotiating with internal customers to achieve desired goals
* Ad hoc duties as required
About You
To be successful in this challenging role, you will have at least 12 months relevant working experience within a credit environment ideally within the Retail/FMCG industry. Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, you will be capable of making decisions based on informed analysis of documentation and data.
