We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Junior Receptionist to report directly to the Financial Controller
Key Responsibilities Include;
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Phone management of incoming switchboard calls
Coordinating deliveries, in-coming mail and faxes
- Basic accounts, invoicing, purchase orders, end of month processing, debtors follow up and account data entry
Skills, Knowledge and Experience;
Competent in MS Word and Excel
- MYOB experience preferable but not essential
- The ability to work within a team environment
- A flexible and adaptable personality
