My client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Customer Service and Marketing teams. With extremely flexible working hours, this role is a must for those looking to get great experience with a fantastic client!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Contact trade references for new customer accounts
- Complete customer order tracking documents and quotation cancellation
- Create weekly sales rep & bookshop mailings & monthly agency mailings via post or email
- Direct mail campaigns: Data entry onto book master system & checking that all titles are displayed on the website
- Assist the Operations Manager with other duties/ad hoc projects in order to maintain tidy, safe and well-organised office
