My client is Asia's largest telco company, operating in 20 countries worldwide.
Currently, there is an opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join this successful organisation, working in the Investor Relations sector.
The key purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Sydney team including specialist Investor Relations functions such as:
- Commissioning register searches and analysing shareholding trends under supervision of Investor Relations Manager
- Preparing weekly reports of share price performance and analyst research
- Uploading Australian-sourced analyst research to web based Investor Relations library
- Maintaining online Investor Relations database – critical for maintaining contact with investors
- Assisting team members to create investor presentations in Powerpoint – including financial/graphical content requiring high degree of accuracy
General duties include;
- Co-ordinate internal meetings
- Arrange international travel and accommodation details for Sydney team
- Process expense claims
- Order stationery for team requirements
- Faxing & photocopying
- Collect newspapers daily
- Occasional support to Singapore team as workflows demand
