Our client is a medical and scientific company, supplying leading edge products to the Australian scientific and medical markets. It is involved in areas such as biotechnology, diabetes, cosmetic medicine, gastrostomy and diagnostic tests and treatments.
The duties include providing exceptional reception and customer service to a variety of clients, resolving queries and directing calls to appropriate staff, taking orders and processing credit card payments, ordering stationary, plus general support as required.
Excellent customer service skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as intermediate - advanced MS Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn and an ability to juggle a variety of tasks is required. Experience is essential.
