Temporary position – perfect for travelers!
Our client, a well-established organization based in the CBD, requires a receptionist to help support their fast growing business.
Responsibilities include:
· Providing support to the manager,
· Answering and transferring phone calls
· Faxing and filing
· Drafting general correspondence,
· Greeting clients and organising meeting rooms
The successful candidate will have
· Previous Receptionist/Office Administrator experience
· Experience working with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Access
· Excellent Communication Skills
· A strong work ethic
