This highly respected and progressive client is urgently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and professional individual to join their dynamic team as an Admin Assistant for a temporary period of 6 months, with the opportunity to go permanent
Responsibilities will include:
· Supporting a dynamic, busy sales team of 6
· Experience in general administration
· General typing & Data Entry
· Reconciliation of reports/audits
· Advanced Word & Excel skills
· Filing, photocopying, and faxing
· Covering Reception when needed
· Other Ad hoc duties
You will have:
· Good ability to work in a team environment
· Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
· Confidence in handling enquiries and dealing with requests
· Strong customer focus
· Strong attention to detail is a must
· Ability to multi-task and be proactive
