Our client, a well known government organisation requires the assistant of a Customer Service Officer an ongoing temporary assignment.
Working as an integral member of a large team you will be involved in case management, handling customer enquiries, problem solving, liaising internally and external of the organisation and general administration as required.
The successful candidate will have previous Administration and Customer Service experience, the proven ability to deal with a wide variety of people and ideally experience in case management
