Our client is a major Public Sector Organisation who is looking for an experienced EA to co-ordinate the administration of a Department of 24 staff, and to provide Executive level support to the Department Director. The contract will be a minimum six-month role, $25 per hour.
Duties will include:
· Diary Management for Unit Director and co-ordinating meeting schedules
· Stationary Ordering
· Processing Paperwork
· Invoices for Travel and expenses
· Staff Rotas and processing staff leave
· Collating Information for budgets
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
· Advanced Excel/ Word and PowerPoint
· Excellent communication skills
· An organised and efficient manner
· Proven Experience in an Executive Assistant capacity
