To secure this great role, you will need:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, your excellent
* Customer service skills
* Previous experience in a front desk/reception role
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* The ability to work well in a small team
The major focus of the role is to:
* Meet and greet visitors and members,
* Answering incoming calls - screening and taking messages,
* Managing the mailroom (posting, distribution, couriers & faxes)
* Setting up meeting rooms & arranging refreshments.
* Actioning emails directed to the Association's general address
* Maintaining a tidy kitchen as well as kitchen supplies
