Full Description:

Our client, located in Epping, is a well-known and respected leading wealth management organisation. They support their staff in building their skills and knowledge so that they can achieve their full potential. They provide modern offices to work in and are very close to public transport.

They require someone for the role of Team Coordinator, whose role will be to support the Regional Team that provides service to their financial planner network. Your daily tasks would include

- Administrative supports for the Regional Manager and team
- Preparing documents and presentations
- Helping plan and organise the Regional Calender of events
organising events and functions
- other administrative duties as required

For this role you must have experience supporting multiple team members in an administration, team assistant and/or PA role. Financial Planning or Financial Services experience is also desirable. Strong MS Office and typing skills are a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also required.
