We require an experienced TRADE FLOOR SECRETARY to join our Banking Client based in the City on an ongoing temporary basis - with pay rates of up to £13.50p/h!!!
You will be required to provide a high level of secretarial support on a busy and demanding trade floor environment, supporting a Head of Department and team of up to 24 people.
We need someone who has fantastic organisational skills, is hard-working, proactive and highly motivated. Our client would like a candidate with a strong sense of loyalty, discretion and the ability to deal with people at all levels. Duties are to include the following:
Organise internal/external meetings which include dinners and lunches and event coordination
Preparing papers for meetings
Preparing ad-hoc presentations /reports/mail shots
Dealing with all incoming correspondence
Processing expenses using CONCUR
Working with the marketing department when organising events
Extensive mailbox management
ad hoc duties as and when required
Providing new starters with all necessary equipment.
As this is an extremely rewarding but challenging role we require someone who has previous banking and preferably TRADE FLOOR experience, will also need someone with previous expenses systems experience, again, preferably using CONCUR. You must be confident in organising complex travel and diaries using your initiative and have a minimum typing speed of 60wpm.
