This successful Financial Services Firm is seeking an experienced and highly organized Team Assistant to provide exceptional support to a busy team of Planners. This company has a fantastic culture that promotes growth and development, allowing you to pursue your career goals within the industry.
The focus of this position is to provide administration support to their Financial Planning Team and will involve exposure to other areas of the business. Your duties will include file management, checking and tracking applications, monitoring corporate actions, initiating investments and redemptions, compiling activity reports, answering phone calls, diary management and other ad-hoc duties as required. This busy and varied role requires a motivated, vibrant and organized disposition.
