This large international company is looking for an addition to their team. This is an amazing opportunity to work for this highly regarded international company. This position is based in their state of the art offices in the CBD.

In this role you will provide support to the head of the department and the team as a whole. The role involves dairy management, making travel arrangements as well as producing presentations and general office support. You will be responsible for booking meeting rooms and the maintenance of invoice payments. This is not a role for the faint hearted!

As a team player, you will be able to work autonomously and be able to think on your feet. You must have exceptional Microsoft office skills, especially in Word and PowerPoint. Previous experience in a financial services environment is essential. Your excellent communication skills will see you succeed in this role.
