Receptionist

Experienced Receptionists required to work for leading Blue Chip companies and Investment Banks.

We are looking for the best receptionists to be the first point of contact for some of our top clients. You will be the face and voice of some of the worlds leading Investment Banks so you must have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills, be able to handle people at all levels, be immaculately presented and have an excellent and positive personality. The position will suit an individual who enjoys working in a busy atmosphere. An adaptive and flexible nature is critical for this varied position and you must be used to a great deal of organisation within a high-pressured environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a “can do” attitude, at least two years recent reception/switchboard experience within a similar, corporate environment. You must be very professional both in appearance and manner; you need to be confident and diplomatic with excellent interpersonal skills. This demanding role requires a high calibre, proactive and outgoing person with excellent Front of House skills.
